About Me

Hello! I’m Carolyn Salvador, and I’m passionate about helping small and emerging nonprofits grow their fundraising capacity and achieve lasting impact.

As a child, I was inspired by the Jerry Lewis Telethons and even hosted a backyard fundraiser at age 12—an early glimpse of the career to come.

 

I've served in nonprofit leadership for over 27 years, including roles as Executive Director and CEO for smaller nonprofits, where I helped organizations grow and significantly increase their revenue, often by four to six times their original size. I understand what it's like to wear many hats—fundraising, managing operations, and building partnerships—all while staying true to your mission.

At Momentum One, my goal is to share the insights I've gained from years in your shoes, serving as a trusted partner and advisor to help you create lasting growth and sustainability for your organization.​​
